Membership - how do I join?
To join MHS PTO, complete either the online MHS PTO form or the printable paper form and submit your annual membership dues of only $15 per family. Using the online form, you can pay with credit card via PayPal. We will also accept credit cards, cash, and checks at the PTO table at any back-to-school event. Paper forms and payments can be dropped in the PTO box in the school office. Please make checks payable to MHS PTO.
If you would like to have a greater impact on PTO's financial ability to serve our school, an additional donation, at your discretion, would be gratefully accepted with your membership dues. MHS PTO is a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit, and donations are tax-deductible per IRS guidelines. |
